You have 12 months from the date of purchase to complete your course hours. Your expiration date will appear on your invoice and account email.

You can change your personal information at any time by logging into your account and selecting the MY PROFILE button.

If you fail the test you can retake it until you have met the passing grade of 70%.

Yes. There is a multiple choice test at the completion of each course. A 70% passing grade is needed to complete each course.

You will automatically be logged off of your course after 20 minutes of inactivity. Workshops Express feels very strongly about the content of these courses and encourages each user to fully read each course.

You do not have to complete your course in one sitting. Simply log off and the next time you log in you will continue where you left off.
