Your courses (and credits earned) are added to your account using your email address. If two people were to try and use the same email address, the system would only credit one person with these completed courses. Unique, separate email addresses for each account ensure that the credits are earned and documented for each funeral director.

We cannot offer refunds on completed courses or courses that are in progress.

You will automatically be logged off of your course after 20 minutes of inactivity. FuneralContinuingEducation.com feels very strongly about the content of these courses and encourages each user to fully read each course.

If you fail the test you can retake it until you have met the passing grade of 75%.

Sometimes when you are taking a course, you might notice that the timer is progressing. Don’t worry – this is usually due to various web browser settings. Just log out and log back into your account. If the timer still isn’t moving, log out, clear your cache, then log back in.

Yes. There is a multiple choice test at the completion of each course. A 75% passing grade is needed to complete each course.

The following states require FuneralContinuingEducation.com to provide your results electronically: Arkansas, Tennessee, Florida, Louisiana, Pennsylvania (PA – child abuse courses only).

You have 12 months from the date of purchase to complete your course hours. Your expiration date will appear on your invoice and account email.

You do not have to complete your course in one sitting. Simply log off and the next time you log in you will continue where you left off.

Of course! The test can be taken as many times as necessary, so feel free to look it over and return to the course. You will be able to access the test again when you are ready.

All of FuneralContinuingEducation.com’s courses are online – there’s no need for anything except for your computer and some spare time to complete the courses!
